How do you get grounded in emotional intelligence? Take step closer by working with an expert coach to understand your current EQ and then decide on the next steps.

We will look together at the five dimensions of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self regulation, motivation, social awareness and social regulation. These are the five essentials for understanding your own EQ as well as being more emotionally intelligent in working with others.

For the Focus session we spend 45 minutes discussing your personal EQ and how you can improve it using the EQ3 assessment by TTI Success Insights.

We start by focusing on your outcomes–what you hope to gain from the session. As we look at your report together, we will discuss ways you can build on your strengths and also improve any weak areas that may be impacting your current goals or satisfaction. By the end of the session you will be clear on your next steps and also energized with new possibilities for growing your EQ further.

Emotional Quotient is a comprehensive assessment tool designed to measure an individual’s emotional intelligence. It provides insight into a person’s strengths and areas for improvement in their awareness and regulation of emotion, both in themselves and in working with others.

The assessment is completed through an online survey that you answer on various aspects of your emotional intelligence. When you are finished giving your responses, we analyze them and use them to generate a detailed report that provides a comprehensive understanding of your strengths and weaknesses.

The EQ3 report is widely used by executive coaches, HR professionals, and other leadership development experts to help individuals grow and develop as leaders. By providing in-depth insights into an individual’s behavior and motivators, the report serves as a foundation for personal and professional growth and development.
