“Mindfulness starts as a trickle, grows to a stream and if you stay with it takes you into an ocean of greater awareness.”

Everyone can benefit from more mindfulness.

We often move through our days in automatic mode. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily if we’re feeling alive, vibrant and fulfilled. My experience is that I’m not experiencing those things when I’m moving in “automatic” mode.

I need to take a pause, catch my breath, and be more mindful for a moment. How do I do that?

It’s amazing how far you can go with a little structure and some support. We provided structure with our BREATH framework and support with regular group calls to practice mindfulness together.

We’ve also posted videos on our Youtube channel that you might find helpful. You can watch them here.

We’ve released mindfulness journals with the BREATH framework on the cover so you have it as a quick and ready reference. Check out our webstore for different color and design options. Here’s one  you might like to consider.
